California Residents: Your Privacy Rights
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California residents have the right to:
- Know what personal information is collected about them
- Request deletion of their personal information
- Opt out of the sale of their personal data
Although we do not sell personal information for profit, sharing information with insurance agents or affiliates may be considered a “sale” under the CCPA.
